Peter Penneycard
At the time of judging, Peter Penneycard was a tax partner at PKF. He has since moved west and joined John Endacott at Winter Rule, the largest firm in Cornwall. He is a fellow of the ICAEW, with more than 30 years' experience in tax divided between public practice and in-house tax departments. He is a regular writer and lecturer on many aspects of tax and has appeared on radio and television. Peter specialises in business tax issues. His clients have included companies from the largest to the smallest, and their owners and the public sector.
